Center for Peace, Development and Reforms (CPDR) has been working in partnership with the British Council Pakistan to build capacities of young people of Azad Kashmir under the banner the “Next Generation Voices, Voices from the Valley”.
During the 2016-17 eight policy dialogues, engaging around 1500 young people, six 4-day long extensive training which trained around 150 young leaders and more than 50 Social Action Projects (SAPs) were conducted and showcased in Muzaffarabad. |

Centre for Peace, Development and Reforms (CPDR) and Zia Siddique Foundation (ZSF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote skill development and quality education on Oct. 15, 2020. The two organizations have decided to make certain strategic interventions in different sectors, such as tourism and hoteling, to promote the economic empowerment of youth at the grassroots level in AJ&K and Pakistan.
Since its creation in 2004, ZSF has provided vocational training, besides establishing several quality educational institutes in the country. On the other hand, CPDR specializes in providing training in the fields of advocacy, policymaking, and social mobilization. Capitalizing on their respective strengths and experiences, CPDR and ZSF intend to work together in near future to maximize the impact of their endeavors on the ground.
